Herein are the terms and conditions which supersede all previous conditions, including those of the Customer/Buyer.
- With regards to Delivery:
GIG shall not be liable to pay cost to Customer/Buyer in the event
- GIG’s Delivery Personnel or Goods caused damage(s) or injury to Customer/Buyer’s property (living or non living) during delivery
- delivery exceeded its time frame
- delivery is scheduled 2 or more trips.
- With regards to Acceptance of Goods:
Customer/Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods upon signing GIG’s delivery Order. Customer/Buyer shall inspect the goods within 24 hours of delivery and shall within 48 hours notify GIG of the defect.
- With regards to Contract Agreement:
In the event of a breach of contract or negligence by GIG, remedies to Customer/Buyer’s damages shall be compensated not exceeding the amount Singapore dollars S$5,000 in single job or a combination of jobs from the same Company or the Company and its subsidies / related Companies or as the value of the job(s), whichever is lower.
- With regards to Cancellation of job
Notice of cancellation must be received by GIG with acknowledgment through Email, Fax or Mail and is subject to the following terms to be approved by GIG Management in the same manner as by Email, Fax or Mail.
- Where notice of cancellation is received without any work or purchase of Material(s) by GIG from its Supplier(s), no fee will be charged to the Customer.
- Where notice of cancellation is received after Artwork and/or purchase of Material(s) by GIG from its Supplier(s), Customer/Buyer will be invoiced an amount that takes in labour expended and other incidental expenses, together with a reasonable estimate of its loss of profit from the order.
- Where notice of cancellation is received after Material(s) & job in process, no cancellation can be requested, Customer will be invoiced in full.
- With regards to Confidential Data:
GIG warrants that all materials supplied to GIG will not be revealed to Third Party. It is the practice of GIG to destroy all such data on completion of the job(s) unless otherwise instructed by Customer/Buyer.
With regards to
Customer’s Right
GIG reserves the right not to supply or render service to any customer deemed “unfavourable customer” not having to assign any reason. Customer has no right of request, response and in whatever manner to challenge GIG's decision.
With regards to Terms of Payment:
Payment terms are as stated from the date of invoice. COD, 30 days, 60 days & 90 days subject to approval.
6. With regards to Free Gift
Gift validity period is 90 days from date of Invoice. Thereafter no claim(s) will be entertained
GIG reserves the right to replace another gift item of similar value if the selected item(s) run out of stock
